Solenne
Dressed for the hours that matter.
About
Solenne is a Belgian atelier for evening tailoring. It cuts eight numbered pieces a season, never restocks them, and fits every client in person, by appointment.
Challenge
A luxury label at launch, with the collection ready and no campaign yet: no model agency, no studio, no film crew booked. The site still had to open like a fashion film and feel like a private appointment, not a shop.
She was never photographed.
The woman in the film does not exist. We wrote her like a casting brief, generated her as a still until the face and styling were right, then directed an eight-second film from that frame: one take, slow gestures, eyes on the lens. It opens the site and comes back as the campaign band further down.

Six frames from the film. Every one of them is generated.
Casting by brief
Age, bone structure, slicked-back hair and the calm of someone who doesn’t need to smile. Written like a casting call, then refined still by still.
Styling
Black tailoring on grey seamless paper, nothing else in the frame. The cut of the jacket does the talking.
Direction
One continuous take with small, slow movements: a hand to the collar, a turn of the head. Nothing that breaks the spell when it loops.
Finishing
Graded to sit with the site’s gold, trimmed to eight seconds and scored, with the sound off until a visitor turns it on.
- 0shoot days
- 1model, fully generated
- 8 sfilm, looping on the site
- 0.9 MBfor the whole film, sound included
Solution
A dark, slow site that behaves like the brand. The film fills the first screen, the collection reads as a numbered list instead of a product grid, and the film returns behind a quote before the atelier page. There is no basket: every piece leads to a fitting.

Result
A launch site with a campaign film that needed no shoot, a face the brand can bring back every season, and a page that sells appointments instead of clicks.
