GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY · GTM

Launch with a plan, not a hunch.

A complete go-to-market (GTM) strategy for any new product, service or market: an online shop, a clinic, a software product, a financial service or a B2B offer. Who to sell to, what to say, what to charge, which channels, how sales works, what it costs and how we measure it. One team plans it and can run the launch with you.

Your GTM playbook

For any product
or service.

GTM is not only for apps and startups. Every new offer that meets a market needs one. Here is what it covers by type of business.

Online shops & brands

Hero products, price points, own shop or marketplaces, ads, creators and repeat purchases.

Services

Clinics, salons, law firms, agencies: which services lead, the booking flow, local search and reviews.

B2B & industry

Target accounts, outbound, trade shows, a sales deck and a pipeline in the CRM.

Finance & lending

Trust first: compliant messages, an online calculator, the application flow and partner channels.

Apps & software

Free trial or demo, onboarding, pricing tiers and product-led growth.

Real estate & hospitality

Launch campaigns, international buyers, agents, partners and pre-sales.

Where a launch budget
actually goes.

Strategy is one part. A launch also needs channels, sales tools, tracking and a reserve to fix what the first weeks teach you. Move the slider to see a typical split.

Before you ask.

Is GTM only for products and apps?

No. An online shop, a clinic, a law firm, a lender or a B2B service needs a go-to-market strategy as much as an app does. The steps are the same; the channels and the sales process change.

When do you need a GTM strategy?

When you launch a new product or service, enter a new country, change pricing or move to a new customer segment. Any time something new meets a market.

What is a go-to-market strategy?

The plan for bringing a product to a market: who you sell to, what you say, what you charge, which channels you use, how sales works, what it costs and how you measure it. A marketing plan is one part of it.

How long does it take?

The strategy takes 6–8 weeks. If we run the launch with you, add 90 days of execution, measured every week.

Is the media budget included?

No. The €15,000 covers the strategy and the playbook. Ad spend, creators and production are planned in the budget model and paid separately, so you always see where the money goes.

Which markets do you cover?

Europe (including Estonia, the Baltics and the Nordics), Latin America, North America, Australia and New Zealand. Research and interviews run in the customer’s language, with our linguists and cultural adaptation consultants.

Can you run the launch too?

Yes. Website, branding, localisation, ads, creators and reporting are all in-house, so the team that wrote the plan can deliver it.
