Who we are

ASFARI Lab is an independent digital practice in Tallinn, Estonia, part of ASFARI studio. For anything about your data, write to hello@asfari.digital.

What we collect

• The brief form and emails. If you send us the form, we get your name, email address, the service you picked, your message and the page you sent it from. It arrives as an email in our Google Workspace inbox. We use it only to answer you and, if you want to work together, to prepare an offer. We keep it as long as we need it for that conversation and for our business correspondence, then delete it.
• Hosting. The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which handles technical data such as your IP address and browser type to serve and protect the site.
• Your cookie choice. Whether you accepted or declined is stored in your browser only (local storage). It is not sent to us.

Meta Pixel (only if you accept)

When you press Accept in the cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel from Facebook. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Meta information about your visit: which pages you open, your device and browser details, your IP address, and an event when you successfully send our brief form. We add no name, email or message text to those events. We use this to measure how our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform and to show them to the right people.

Our legal basis is your consent. If you press Decline, or ignore the banner, the pixel is never loaded and nothing is sent to Meta. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Meta’s own rules are at facebook.com/privacy/policy, and you can manage the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Who receives data

• Google (our email), Cloudflare (hosting), and Meta (only after you accept).
• These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
• We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit its use, or send it to you in a portable form. You can object to our use of it and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@asfari.digital and we will answer. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) at aki.ee.

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date above.
